The annual Minnesota Thoroughbred Association Yearling Sale takes place Sunday in the Canterbury Park Expo Center. There will be 32 yearlings passing through the sales ring. The sale begins at 6pm Sunday with a preview Saturday from 5 until 8pm.
Betty Jo Goodwin visited with MTA Executive Director Kay King to learn more about the sale, what to expect, how the yearlings are prepared and the history of some horses that went through prior sales.
