Minnesota Derby – The Rengstorf Duo

Trainer Tony Rengstorf has a pair of 3-year-olds entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Minnesota Derby. Sir Sterling, pictured above, is a speedy multiple stakes winner. West Island is a maiden winner. Both are stretching out to a route of ground for the first time. Rengstorf talks with Betty Jo Goodwin about his horses, the strategy and the importance of the Minnesota Derby in this video.
