Vanessa Lopez: Selena Gomez because she is talented, genuine, and down to earth.
CP: What accomplishment are you most proud of?
VL: Getting my A.A. degree despite being a teen mom and I will be graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in the fall of this year.
CP: What’s something people might find surprising about you?
VL: I have two kids.
CP: What’s your favorite part about working at Canterbury Park?
VL: My coworkers are really cool, the hours are flexible, and the money is great.
CP: Would you rather win an Olympic medal, an Academy Award or Nobel Prize? Why?
VL: Nobel Prize, because it probably means I did something good in the world lol.
CP: If you could ask your pet three questions, what would they be?
VL: Do you love me? How bad do I annoy you? Is your dog food even good?
CP: If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
VL: Mind reading. That way I would know what the customers want even when they don’t notice me with my tray and they wouldn’t be able to call me back to the table nine times. LOL
CP: If you could be any animal, what would it be?
VL: A manatee. They are my favorite animal ever. All they do is eat and sleep.
CP: Who would you like to swap places with for a day?
VL: Margot Robbie because she is my favorite actress ever and she is goals. LOL
CP: Do you have a secret talent no one knows about?
VL: Not really, I’m pretty plain like vanilla.
