Minnesota-bred 3-year-olds were put to the test Saturday with two $35,000 stakes races. The Victor S. Myers Stakes, for colts and geldings, went to Nomorewineforeddie. Trained by Bruce Riecken and ridden by Dean Butler. Dean Butler also took the victory in the $35,000 Frances Genter Stakes aboard Chick Fight.
